| But if you take the OLD Tardis, the Old Doctor can't take it into the past and leave you the NEW Tardis, because then you'd have to take the NEW Tardis to go into the past, in which case, the NEW Tardis would have to be a completely different Tardis, stuck in its own time-loop (and having never have been built)...
