| Northern Illinois is kinda infamous for this. I've seen it places like Clinton IA, Sterling, Morrison, even at Franklin Grove. Looks like they may have had em backed up to the river for a "Parade" situation, but UP does overtakes quite often when you've got an Ocean Container Hotshot running behind a Manifest. | Hiei2k7 |
