Withdrawl is not a legitimate contraceptive, and is not effective at all. and the basal body temperature method is also not a legitimate way, because a female can get pregnate ANYTIME of the month. One thing is the male can have a vasectomy, or the female can have her tubes tied. but those are both surgical ways. can I ask why you can't use a condom? | LOL, there are other effective contraceptive methods for long-term couples that are clear of STDs. For example, Billings Ovulation Method, Basal Body Temperature Method, Withdrawal. Used appropriately, they are at least 90% effective. It doesn't take long to learn, but you have to learn.
