UP 1982 CNW 8646 pace video 2

I uploaded this just for CrazyRailfan, he said he liked 1982's horn in the first video I uploaded, so I figured he'd like this one. Again, it's the MPRCB from Nov. 23rd 2006. Taken west of Wheatland, IA on Rt 30.

hudson501 and you told yourself, MAN I WISH I WORKED FOR AN AMERICAN RAILROAD!armyof11
I'm an engineer for the Canadian Pacific/Soo line Div. I once took the UP's MoPac heritage unit (as seen here) from the CP's Bensenville (Illinois) yard to the UP's nearby Proviso yard after this engine had been on display at Franklin Park's "Railroad Days". Upon leaving the Indiana Harbor Belt and entering Proviso Yard, some UP employee commented over the railroad radio, "here comes that "Brokeback Mountain" engine!"hudson501
I think this train stayed right around 50MPH the whole time. I could be wrong though, it's been a while ago now.cnw8577
Very neat seeing high horsepower locomotives cruising. No mistaking that the sweet sounding horn is a Nathan K5LA (same type used on most of Amtrak's locomotives). BTW: What speed were you traveling as you paced?ACLTony

Once again another great video, thanks for uploading this one. I enjoy your videos of the UP heritage units, and the CNW units. As I said before that unit has a great horn on it.crazyrailfan
